Tenderloin Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cubed tenderloin
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    dash of chopped parsley
    1/4 c. sliced black olives
    1 bag fresh, cleaned spinach
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Saute tenderloin in butter; add Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, green onions, mushrooms and parsley and add Parmesan cheese last.
    Serve on bed of fresh spinach with Bleu cheese dressing on the side.
    Also may be garnished with more cheese and black olives.
