Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat first 4 ingredients until dissolved.
    Bring to a rolling boil.
    Cook for 2 minutes.
    Set off heat.
    Add vanilla and beat until right consistency to spread.
