Viennese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. noodles (medium)
    1/4 c. butter
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
    1 carrot, cut in thin strips
    1/2 lb. mushroom pieces, sliced
    1 medium tomato, diced and skinned
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chicken stock
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. chicken, cut up and cooked
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Melt butter.
    Cook onion, pepper, carrot and mushrooms until tender.
    Stir in tomato, flour, paprika, salt and chicken stock; cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in sour cream, chicken and noodles. Turn into buttered 3-quart casserole and bake 20 minutes.
