Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. oleo or Crisco
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. mashed potatoes
6 c. flour
Preparation

Heat milk, sugar, shortening and salt until warm, stirring constantly.
Add to a mixture of 2 1/2 cups flour and the yeast. Add eggs.
Beat at low speed 1/2 minute, scraping bowl; add potatoes and beat 3 minutes at high speed.
Stir in by hand 2 1/2 cups flour.
Turn out on floured board.
