Jackie'S Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 1/2 c. oatmeal (Maypo)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together brown sugar, white sugar, shortening, eggs and vanilla.
Then add flour and oatmeal.
Drop on cookie sheet and bake until light brown.
