Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. crabmeat
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. flour
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 (9 to 10-inch) pie crust shells, uncooked
Preparation
    Mix flour, mayo, milk and eggs well.
    Add other ingredients. Sprinkle top with seafood seasonings. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
