German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes (red salad), unpeeled
    8 oz. smoked sausage
    6 strips bacon, crumbled
    1 onion, diced
    2 ribs celery, diced
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) sauerkraut
    1/4 water
Preparation
    Steam potatoes and sausage together.
    Cook bacon.
    Add onions and drain.
    Add celery and water to bacon.
    Add vinegar and sugar; simmer 5 minutes more.
    Stir in sauerkraut.
    Combine with potatoes and sausage mixture.
    Toss to coat.
    Serve warm.
