Carrot Salad With Lemon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. golden raisins
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 lb. carrots, shredded
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place raisins and water in a small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let stand 15 minutes to absorb water.
    Drain and place raisins, carrots, and celery in a medium bowl.
    Place oil, lemon juice, salt, paprika, and mustard in a blender container.
    Cover and blend.
    Stir into salad, cover, and chill at least 6 hours.
