Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. Crisco
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (solid packed)
4 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. Quaker oats (instant or non-instant)
1/2 c. nuts or raisins
4 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat sugar and Crisco until fluffy.
Mix in pumpkin, eggs and water.
In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture.
