Chicken And Sausage Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
    1 lb. sausage
    1 bunch green onions
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    several stalks celery
    chopped garlic
    Creole seasoning
    10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped okra
Preparation
    Roux:
    For 4 to 5-quarts gumbo, use 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup oil. Stir together in a heavy pan over medium-low heat until color of peanut butter.
    Be careful not to burn.
