Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. sliced onions
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 qt. hot water
    1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 sour cream or 3 Tbsp. butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Saute onions,
    blend in flour.\tRemove from heat.
    Beat in 1 cup of flour and add rest.\tAdd remaining ingredients and simmer covered for 40 minutes.
