Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cream margarine and sugar until smooth. Add beaten eggs and vanilla.
    Stir in bananas.
    Sift the 3 dry ingredients together.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk and vinegar.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Grease and flour loaf pan.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
    Yield: 1 loaf.
