Catherine'S Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked shelled shrimp
    2 slices lemon
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    olive oil to cover
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    dash of Tabasco
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Layer the shrimp, onion, lemon and parsley in a serving dish. Add salt and pepper to taste, along with the dash of Tabasco. Cover with olive oil, bay leaf, green pepper and celery.
    Marinate for 6 to 8 hours, then serve.
