Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of tomato soup
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Wash rice.
Combine rice, meat, onion, salt and pepper.
Form into walnut size balls.
Mix soup and water in large skillet. Drop meat balls into skillet.
Cook until rice and meat are done, about 1 hour.
