Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 cans potato soup
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    8 oz. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese and garlic salt together in a large mixing bowl.
    Pour into a 2 1/2-quart greased casserole or 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
