Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black-eyed peas, drained
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. moon grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. ready made cornbread mix
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream-style corn
    chopped green peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; make cornbread mix. Add peas,
    1/2 of grated cheese and creamed corn.
    Mix thoroughly; pour over ground beef and mix.
    Add rest of grated cheese over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
