Rigatoni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1/4 c. water
    1 jar pimento
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 jar pickled cauliflower
    1 onion, chopped
    1 large can button mushrooms
    artichokes (optional)
    1 lb. rigatoni
Preparation
    Heat vinegar, sugar, oil, turmeric and water until sugar dissolves.
    Add pimento, pepper, cauliflower, onion, mushrooms and artichokes.
    Cook rigatoni 19 minutes; drain.
    Mix all together. Marinate 24 hours.
    Can add diced Colby cheese before serving.
