Roasted Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large boneless turkey breast (approximately 2 lb.)
    few drops olive oil
    salt
    freshly ground pepper
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1/4 c. bourbon or ginger ale
    3 c. fresh cranberries
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. red wine or cranberry juice
    1 c. light poultry stock (fat-free, sodium free)
    2 Tbsp. fresh chives (if available)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place breast in lightly oiled nonstick or ovenproof dish.
    Rub skin of turkey with few drops olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
    Place in oven; cook until skin begins to brown, about 10 minutes.
    Turn oven down to 325\u00b0.
