Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large potatoes, boiled in jackets, cooled and diced
    1/2 lb. Kraft American cheese, cut fine
    1 small pimento, cut fine
    1 large onion, cut fine
    1 green pepper, cut fine
    1 slice bread, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. melted butter
    milk
Preparation
    Combine ingredients except for bread crumbs and butter.
    Add milk to moisten.
    Put bread crumbs on top and pour butter over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
