Festive Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, diced potatoes
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrot
2 Tbsp. pimiento
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ripe olives
1/4 c. dill pickle, diced
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Serve on lettuce on a nice platter.
