Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly, then make a pile with a hole in the middle. Into the hole pour a mixture of the vinegar and water, mixed well. Now work the dough until ready to roll.
    Makes two 9-inch pie crusts.
