Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. strawberries, sliced
1 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
strawberry fans and slices
Preparation

Combine strawberries, sour cream, half and half, sugar and vanilla in an electric blender; process until smooth.
Pour into individual soup bowls; garnish each serving with a strawberry fan or slices.
Yields 3 1/2 cups.
