5 lb. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Boil peeled potatoes until tender; drain.
Mash potatoes with butter, cream cheese and sour cream.
Place in an ovenproof dish and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, topped with shredded Cheddar cheese.
