Scallop Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh scallops
    1 can chicken soup (broth)
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    2 tsp. chives
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil scallops for 1 minute in chicken broth, then simmer and add milk and potato soup.
    Mix thoroughly and stir in cream and snipped chives.
    Heat to boiling, then serve.
