Homemade Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    5 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. whole mustard salt
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Knead 5 minutes.
    Keep in refrigerator for 3 days.
    Knead 5 minutes on 2nd and 3rd day.
    On 4th day divide into 5 one-pound rolls.
    Bake at 175\u00b0 to 200\u00b0 for 4 hours, turning each hour.
