Moo'S Chili Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
    2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel, diced
    1 Tbsp. chili powder or to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Saute chopped onion and green pepper in butter or margarine and combine.
    Add all of the remaining ingredients together; simmer for about 20 minutes, or until desired consistency.
    Serve topped with shredded Cheddar cheese.
