All-Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-bran cereal
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1 c. raisins (if desired)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine cereal and milk.
    Let stand until cereal softens.
    Add egg and oil.
    Beat well.
    Add flour mixture and raisins if desired. Stir only to combine.
    Divide into 18 muffin cups coated with cooking spray.
    Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
