Swiss Corn Bake(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh or frozen corn
    6 oz. evaporated milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook corn in 1 cup salted water for 3 minutes.
    Drain. Combine corn, evaporated milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 3/4 cup cheese.
    Turn into a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Toss crumbs with butter and remaining cheese.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
