Neiman Marcus Strawberry Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. butter
3 c. strawberry preserves

Preparation

Whip butter in bowl of an electric mixer until fluffy.
Fold in strawberry preserves.
Return to refrigerator and allow butter to solidify.
