Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 to 1 stick margarine
    1/4 pt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Combine with softened margarine and sour cream. Add onions.
    Shape into 1 large or 2 small balls.
    Roll in chopped nuts.
    Chopped pimento or chopped green pepper may be added to taste.
