Hard-Boiled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggs
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    water (to cover)
Preparation
    Place eggs in saucepan just large enough to accommodate all. Cover with water right out of top.
    Add the vinegar.
    Bring to boil slowly over medium heat.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
    Cool with running water.
