Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) can yellow cream-style corn
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (4 or 5 oz.) can green chilies
    6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together well.
    Spread half of mixture in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Cover with drained chilies and cheese.
    Spread rest of mixture over top.
    Bake in a hot 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until browned.
