Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. orange, pineapple or raspberry Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 pt. orange, pineapple or raspberry sherbet
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 large carton small curd cottage cheese
    juice of pineapple (may be substituted for water)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O
    in
    hot water or juice.
    Stir in other ingredients.
    Put in large or 14 small molds. Serve on lettuce or surrounded by cantaloupe slices.
