Skillet Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken pieces
    2 cloves garlic
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 to 1 soup can of water
    1 c. uncooked white rice
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. canola oil (5 mL)
    1 onion, finely minced
    2 carrots, grated
    2 parsnips, grated
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic (15 mL)
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger (15 mL)
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey (680 g)
    2 Tbsp. minced cilantro (30 mL)
    1 Tbsp. light soy sauce (15 mL)
    1 Tbsp. fish sauce (15 mL)
    2 Tbsp. minced green onions (30 mL)
    1/2 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper (2.5 mL)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a nonstick saut pan.
    Add the onion, carrots, parsnips, garlic and ginger and cook until tender.
    Let cool.
    Mix well with the remaining ingredients and shape into patties.
    If too wet, add flour to shape.
    Grill, broil or saut.
    Serve on buns with the usual condiments.
