Grandma'S Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. or 9 large potatoes
    2 tsp onion salt
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 tbsp margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
    1 c sour cream
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in water, drain and mash.
    Add other ingredients. Place in buttered casserole and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    15 large servings.
