Chicken Casserole(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Ritz crackers
5 to 6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large pkg. sour cream
poppy seed
Preparation

Bake chicken and debone.
Crumble chicken in large bowl.
Add soups and sour cream.
Crush crackers and coat with melted butter or squeeze margarine.
Layer casserole dish with one half cracker mixture.
Spoon chicken mixture over crackers and top with remaining cracker mixture.
Sprinkle top with poppy seed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until center is bubbly.
