Beet Hash(No Dairy, Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beets
    2 potatoes
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. water (more if needed)
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Heat oil in a heavy skillet; add vegetables and water.
    Cook until crisp.
    Add salt to taste.
    Yields 2 servings.
