Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c sugar
2 c flour
4 T sour milk (milk w/ 1 t lemon juice)
1 t baking soda
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1/4 t salt
3 ripe mashed bananas
1 t vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and milk.
Add sifted dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Add bananas, vanilla and nuts.
Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes.
