Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped broccoli
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick oleo
1 medium grated onion
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 egg
salt
pepper
2 c. cooked rice
crumbs for topping
Preparation

Cook broccoli 5 minutes and drain.
Add other ingredients. Grease bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with oleo. Pour mixture into dish and cover with desired topping (bread crumbs mixed with oleo or grated Cheddar cheese or melted oleo and crushed cornflakes).
