Cauliflower Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 cauliflower
    1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 lb. bacon, fried, cooled and crumbled
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Break up lettuce and put in large bowl.
    Break up cauliflower in small pieces and layer over lettuce.
    Spread mayonnaise over cauliflower.
    Add crumbled bacon and spread evenly over mayonnaise.
    Sprinkle sugar over mixture and, lastly, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
    Make the day before and cover with Saran Wrap.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Mix completely about 1/2 hour before serving.
