Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine meat, onion, rice and salt.
    Form into 2-inch balls. Brown in hot oil.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pour mushroom soup diluted with milk over meatballs.
    Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with potatoes or over cooked rice.
