Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 to 3 medium carrots, coarsely chopped
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with peppers and onions
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from broth, reserving 3 cups in Dutch oven.
    Remove meat from bones and cut in pieces; set aside.
    Add potatoes and carrots to broth; bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add chicken, corn, tomato sauce and pepper. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
