Cheese Cake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. eggs (4 to 5)
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Let cream cheese
    stand at room temperature to soften.
    Beat until creamy.
    Add vanilla and lemon peel.
    Mix dry ingredients and gradually blend into cheese.
    Add eggs and egg yolks, one at a time, beating after each addition just to blend.
    Gently stir in whipping cream.
    Turn into a crust-lined pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake for 55 minutes.
    Remove from oven and cool.
