Liver Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. partially frozen liver (slice into \"fingers\")
    flour seasoned with celery salt, paprika and pepper
    hot oil
    onion slices
    tomato juice (approximately 2 c.)
Preparation
    Slice frozen liver into \"fingers\".
    Drench in flour seasoned with celery salt, paprika and pepper.
    Fry in hot oil.
    Cover with onion slices.
    Turn when necessary.
    Cover with tomato juice (approximately 2 cups).
    Simmer.
    Serve.
