Crab Amandine(60 Pieces) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 slices bread, edges trimmed
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 c. mayo
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 (7 1/2 oz. each) cans crab meat, well drained with any cartilage removed
1 oz. butter
1/2 c. sliced unblanched almonds
Preparation

Blend cheese and mayo; add onion and cayenne and mix well. Add crab; blend all together and spread on baked squares, leaving a higher mound in center of square.
Melt butter and add almonds; brown slightly.
Watch carefully.
Sprinkle on squares when cooled.
(Here you may freeze for 2 days.)
Bake at 400\u00b0 on highest shelf of oven for 10 minutes.
Pass while hot.
