Ham And Vegetable Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots
    3 large stalks celery
    2 large potatoes (Irish)
    1 large onion
    1/2 to 1 lb. lean ham (boneless)
Preparation
    Clean
    carrots,
    celery, potatoes and onions.
    Cut into medium size
    pieces.
    Place all in pressure cooker on trivet. Place
    ham on
    top.
    Add 2 1/2 cups water.
    Bring to 10 pound pressure
    and cook
    30
    minutes.\tWhile
    hot
    blend all parts together and add salt and black pepper to taste.
