Breaded Parmesan Fillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 calorie watcher fish fillets
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine cheese, bread crumbs, pepper and paprika.
    Dip frozen fish in evaporated milk.
    Coat with cheese-bread crumb mixture. Place in a baking dish and cover with foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove foil and continue baking for approximately 10 minutes or until fish is easily pierced with a fork.
    Serve immediately while it is hot.
