Chicken Italian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. fryer
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut chicken into small pieces.
Place sauce over chicken. Cover and simmer until done (about 30 to 45 minutes).
