Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, peeled
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 can condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Melt butter in heavy skillet.
Add onion and cook slowly until soft.
Add ground beef and garlic.
Stir until lightly browned. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
Cook 5 minutes.
Add soup and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Heat, taste and add more salt, if needed.
Serve over rice, noodles, etc.
Serves 4.
