Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Blend oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Sift all dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture of oil and sugar. Stir vanilla and carrots into this. Bake in three 10-inch greased and floured pans for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
